We route all payments through certified processors; card data is encrypted end-to-end and never stored on our servers. We also use device fingerprinting and risk scoring to block suspicious payments.

A valid government ID, verified email/phone, and matching bank details. For medical or memorial fundraisers, we may request additional documents (hospital letter, obituary, beneficiary consent).

If a fundraiser violates our policies or is proven fraudulent, eligible donations may be refunded. Submit a claim with your receipt within 30 days so our trust team can investigate.
